We hire for judgment, not credentials
The problems we solve don't have known answers. We hire people who can reason clearly under uncertainty, regardless of where they went to school or which brand name is on their CV.
Ownership, not assembly
Every person at Solnix owns a domain, a system, a client relationship, a practice area. We don't build teams where individuals execute tasks handed down from above. You own it end to end.
Work that compounds
The AI systems we build get smarter over time. We want careers that work the same way, each engagement building expertise that makes the next one more valuable. We invest in that compounding deliberately.
Client accountability above internal politics
We measure success by client outcomes. Every internal decision, resourcing, prioritization, process, is evaluated against whether it helps us deliver better results for clients. Not the other way around.
